I'm a freelance content specialist, writer, and editor with 9 years of experience across some pretty varied sectors – from private equity and luxury beauty to non-profit and health tech. That range has given me commercial understanding, a start-up mentality, and a genuine ability to adapt my voice to almost any audience or brief.

My career has taken me from Executive Assistant to a private equity Chairman, to copywriter for beauty giant Sephora, to content manager at health app H&B&Me – where I found my sweet spot: creating content that genuinely helps people make positive change.

I have a degree in English Literature and History, which shaped my critical thinking and gave me a deep appreciation for the craft of writing. I'm organised, conscientious, and empathetic – I take my clients' briefs seriously and bring curiosity and care to everything I work on.

Outside work, I'm based in Hove, on the south coast of England. Here, you'll find me reading, hiking, on the yoga mat, or advocating for farmed animal welfare.
